“I began my journey at Law Image ten years ago as the youngest employee across all four offices. Looking back, I can very much say that I’ve grown significantly along with the company.
I started here as a casual employee in the Document Production team, wherein I worked with utmost attention to detail. My team leaders soon observed this, and I was quickly appointed to Quality Assurance. Thereafter, I progressed to the Coding team. My primary responsibilities at Law Image revolve around team training, project management/tracking, and project reporting. I can confidently say that I have managed many large projects and coordinated interstate cross-functional projects from start to end. Between Dave and I, together we have evolved the coding team into what it is today!
My most vital skill set is people management and communication, so I use it to foster a work environment of open communication. I take it upon myself to be a morale booster, organising occasional games, fun activities in the office, fun emails, and team lunches.
It’s been ten years, which resonates with the fact that I love working here at Law Image! What I value the most about working here is the close team we have created. We manage to pull off some impossible tasks together and have a few good laughs along the way. When we find strategic solutions for our clients, the sense of satisfaction I feel is amazing!
